EFDI Board of Directors Elections
Brussels, 12th June 2025
On 5th June 2025, the Annual General Assembly of EFDI re-elected Mr. Stefan Tacke, Mr. Jose Maria Fernandez, Ms. Sonja Lill Myklebust, and Mr. Alfredo Pallini as Board Members for another three-year term, signalling the trust of EFDI Members in the work performed by these Board Members during the past years.
One new Board Member, Ms. Georgia Karageorgi, Director from the Hellenic Deposit and Investment Guarantee Fund (TEKE), was elected. We are confident that her insights and experience will greatly contribute to advancing EFDI's mission and objectives.
The Annual General Assembly also re-elected for a three-year term Mr. Stefan Tacke as Chairman, Mr. Jose Maria Fernandez as Vice-Chairman, and Ms. Sonja Lill Myklebust as Treasurer.
Finally, EFDI would like to extend its deepest gratitude and appreciation to former Board Member Ms. Aurelija Mažintienė as she concludes her remarkable nine-year term as EFDI Board Member. Over nearly a decade of service, she has brought unwavering commitment and thoughtful leadership. Her insights and guidance have been instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and strengthening EFDI's mission.
