European Forum of Deposit Insurers (EFDI) – Risk Management Working Group. Leadership Change

The European Forum of Deposit Insurers (EFDI) announces a leadership transition within its Risk Management Working Group (RMWG). Mr Loïc Trintignac has stepped down from his role as Co-Leader of the RMWG. EFDI expresses its sincere gratitude to Loïc for his dedication, expertise, and valuable contributions to the Working Group over the years.

We are pleased to announce that Mr Oliver Godron, Head of Risk & Compliance at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), has been appointed as the new Co-Leader of the RMWG. Oliver brings over two decades of hands-on experience in risk, resilience, and crisis management, having led numerous high-profile engagements across the private and public sectors. His work spans Europe, North America, and international platforms, including contributions to the International Organization for Standardization and to EFDI itself.

EFDI looks forward to Oliver working closely with Ms Melinda Friesz, the continuing Co-Leader of the RMWG, to further strengthen the Group’s efforts in promoting robust risk management and resilience practices across Europe’s deposit insurance landscape.
