New Appointment FinTech Working Group co-leader

EFDI is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Alessio Greco as the new co-leader of the FinTech Working Group. Alessio succeeds Ms. Juliane Seiter, whom we warmly thank for her valuable contributions and leadership.

Alessio brings substantial expertise in compliance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, currently serving as Compliance and Risk Manager at FGDCC in Italy. With over six years of dedicated service in this role, Alessio has diligently overseen regulatory compliance and risk assessment, ensuring the Deposit Guarantee Scheme (DGS) aligns with national and European legislative requirements.

His active participation in various EFDI working groups underscores his commitment to our mission. Alessio maintains a strong interest in digital innovation, particularly the integration of technological advancements with traditional financial services and regulatory practices.

Expressing enthusiasm for his new role, Alessio stated: "I am truly looking forward to collaborating closely with Christian and the entire FinTech Working Group. I am committed to contributing positively and effectively to our community."

We warmly welcome Alessio to his new role. Together with the current co-leader, Christian Helwig, he will be responsible for leading this important group and furthering EFDI’s objectives in the fintech area.
