New Appointment Banking Union Working Group co-leader

EFDI is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Juliane Seiter as the new co-leader of the Banking Union Working Group.
Juliane is Associate Director at the German Association of Banks, where she coordinates international activities related to both the statutory and voluntary deposit insurance schemes of private banks in Germany. She is also responsible for business continuity management and the stress testing program for the statutory fund.
She has been involved with EFDI for more than a decade. From 2013 to 2016, she led the EFDI Secretariat and has co-chaired the FinTech Working Group since 2023. Her long-standing engagement with EFDI brings valuable experience to her new role.
Earlier in her career, Juliane worked in the European Parliament as a Parliamentary Assistant. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from the Technical University of Dresden and a Master of Advanced European Studies from the University of Basel.
