Special appreciation also goes to Mr Alan de Lacy, the leader of the ICSWG, EFDI for steering the discussions, EFDI AMO Mr Ignacio Santillan as well as to all speakers and participants—both in person and remotely—for their valuable contributions. We would also like to emphasize the impressive representation from nearly all European jurisdictions, which made the ICSWG discussions even more meaningful and impactful.
This meeting reaffirmed the critical role that Investor Compensation Schemes play within EFDI, strengthening investor confidence and contributing to financial stability across Europe. The collaborative efforts of ICSWG members ensure that best practices are shared and innovative solutions are developed to meet evolving market needs. The ICSWG members are further committed to deepening these collaborative efforts within EFDI, in particular with the Research, Risk Management and FinTech working groups.
